Associated Chemical Industries (Kanpur) Pvt. Ltd., began its operation with the manufacture of surface active agents for Leather & Textile Industries in 1945. The beginning of the company coincided with the boom in Leather Industry in Kanpur, located in the North Indian State of Uttar Pradesh.

Over a period about 7 decades the company has established itself as one of the leading & most reliable manufacturers of a wide range of Synthetic, Semi-Synthetic & Natural oil based Fatliquors. We have the capacity to manufacture 3000 Tons of speciality chemicals annually. Our clients include some of the biggest exporters of Leather & Leather products in the country.

We have been able to attract and retain clients because of our constant endeavour to provide them with quality chemicals andservices. That has been made possible by our in house ‘state-of ‘the art’ research and development center. To make our product-range more comprehensive we have also acquired technical know-how for some of our products from leading Indian research laboratories such as Central Leather Research Institute, Chennai. We are now further diversifying our range of products to extend services to industries such as textiles, soaps and detergents, cosmetics and paper helped by our strong research and developmental skills. To ensure leadership of our clients we also provide technical solutions for their production related problems with the help of our talented technical team. That service ranges from making custom blended & tailor made products suiting specific requirements, to processing samples of required leather in our R & D Laboratory. The year 2007 saw us expand our geographical market beyond Indian shores and started exporting our products to China, Bangladesh & Indonesia.
